Reviewed Sirloin With Teriyaki Broth
"Love it!! It was so flavorful and filling. My daughter loved it and so did my husband (which I added sriracha since he loves heat) A few changes thanks to other reviews: used beef broth, added garlic to marinade, added carrots and mushrooms, served over udon noodles. Don't skip the sweet potato, it was better than I expected. The radishes were o"
Reviewed Rock Shrimp Burgers with Wasabi Mayo
"SOOOOOOO Yummy!!! These were so easy to make and delicious. Followed the recipe but made my own wasabi mayo with pickled ginger and had them on sandwich thins (I dont like too much bread).
Ginger-Wasabi Mayo
1 tbsp wasabi powder
1 tbsp water
1 cup mayo
¼ cup pickled ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp soy sauce
Blend all together and refrigerate overnight."
Reviewed Chicken Tetrazzini
"PROS:
Everyone enjoyed it...but no awards to the chef for how long it took to make!
The topping added a lot of flavor...which was needed!
CONS:
Took 1 1/2 hours (and I am pretty fast)
Tons of butter and milk
Not a ton of flavor
TIPS:
Use larger or two pans, makes a ton.
I would have liked poached chicken instead of pan fried. My chicken breasts were very thick so they ended up with a crunch on the outside. Then the butter can be reduced also.

Reviewed One Pan Tilapia Fish Tacos with 5 Minute Mole
"Very quick and easy recipe. I loved the flavors but my sister, boyfriend and daughter did not like the anise. It was not that it had too much anise they just did not like the flavor of it. Don't be afraid to pile the anise on. I thought it had a great depth of flavors.
I also could not find chili paste (went to 3 stores) luckily I had my iphone so I Googled a recipe with dried chilis. The mole sauce was wonderful. I also used cabbage instead of lettuce for the crunch and nutrition."
