"Bought myself a juicer to treat myself for my birthday. Researched and tried this recipe first as I have always found Giada's recipes wonderful and as advertised. Followed the recommendations of some of the posted reviews and cut back on the ginger using only about an inch. Also, I didn't weigh the spinach but eyeballed and used "half" of my 10 oz"
