This has become my new favorite salmon recipe! I cooked it under the broiler for about the same amount the recipe says to grill it. It turned out wonderful... It was even great the next day cold over a salad which I haven't had much luck with in the past. This is my new go-to when I want something light but delicious and full of flavor."

This is a great sauce and I used the leftovers to make a meat sauce for lasagna another night. The recipe makes a lot but it freezes well. The next time I make this I will drain some of the fat after browning the beef otherwise it was too oily. Thanks Anne- I learned so much about technique watching this episode!""

Reviewed Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

I have made homemade mac and cheese a few times prior with less than stellar results. This recipe had great flavor. There was a soupy consistency after an hour and a half, so I put it in the oven at 375 topped with a crumb topping (crackers/ Panko breadcrumbs in the food processor) baked for around 30-40 minutes. I really enjoyed this mac and cheese...
