Very hearty soup! I made some modifications. I added some garlic powder and I used 2 cups of chicken stock and 2 cups of beef stock. I also let the soup simmer for 1 hour and 25 minutes. I HATE under cooked lentils and I felt that they needed more time to cook. Also, I used chicken sausage and I would have added another pound (I love sausage)...

So great! I added some chopped green pepper to the sausage and onion mix. I also skipped the cottage cheese which I am not a fan of.""

Great! Perfect for a Summer BBQ. Full of flavor! I did put salt and pepper on the artichokes and the tomatoes for some more flavor in addition to the wonderful and flavorful herb oil. I also put some crumbled feta cheese on top for decoration and flavor.

Great dish! I made some modifications:

I didn't spring for the sun dried tomatoes which might have made a difference (I used fire roasted diced). In addition, I added some fresh mozzarella in the stuffing. I also decided to bake the chicken instead of cook it in the pan.

I think next time I will add sauteed...

So good!! I used baby spinach instead of the collard greens. Tasty and filing. The cilantro really gives it a great twist!

Such a good alternative to fried chicken! I used Japanese bread crumbs instead and the chicken turned out moist and wonderful!!

It is healthy and good to eat...I think I might add more cream of celery and nix the may. I also skipped the pimentos and chestnuts

Go easy on the red pepper...that was my mistake...other than that, it was a pretty good recipe. Make sure to get good smoky sausage...it really enhances the whole thing. I used turkey kielbasa.
