My Activity

Reviewed Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast

"I was disappointed that mine didn't come out with the crispy coating that the picture shows. I only used the amount of mayonnaise stated in the recipe, but maybe it was too much? Some bread crumbs may have helped. My husband liked it, but I just don't see myself making it again."

Reviewed Chicken Pie

"I was actually surprised how much I liked this given the simplicity of it. I especially loved the topping. Mine wasn't too soupy at all, but I let it sit for at least 10 minutes before digging in, like another person suggested. The butter beans from this show went really well with it. This would work great with Thanksgiving leftovers too!"

Reviewed Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

"These are great pancakes! I usually halve it and it turns out just as well. I heat the buttermilk in the microwave for 30-40 seconds to get it room temperature so the melted butter doesn't harden once it's added."

Reviewed Campfire Beans

"Ree comes through once again!! These are sooo tasty. I enjoyed it tons more than standard beef chili and it's probably healthier. I halved the recipe but you cant really half a ham hock so the whole ham hock probably gave it a double dose of flavor. I was getting worried that it wouldn't thicken up but it does during the final step!"
