Reviewed Weeknight Bolognese

"Awesome! I did change this up a bit only because I had a pound of Italian Sausage that I wanted to use. Also, I used fresh frozen tomatoes from the garden, thus using extra tomato paste as they where juice. I used a heaping tablespoon of dry basil as I didn't have fresh on hand in Febuary. Reviewed Moist and Easy Cornbread

"Although, I have not been a fan of Paula Deen 's online recipes in the past...this one is fantastic! Using Autry's Yellow Cornmeal, White Lilly Flour, and Organic Valley Buttermilk...this is probably the best cornbread I have ever eaten! I find her recipes in her magazine to be awesome, but, the online versions seem to 'miss' something. Thank"

Reviewed Mushroom & Leek Bread Pudding

"When Ina's new cookbook FOOLPROOF came out, well, I danced for joy. She has been my go to inspiration for years. This year, I was so looking for something new. Now, I must admit, Sara Moulton's recipe for Parsly, Thyme, and Sage dressing is quite a keeper and a great traditional recipe, but, this one is Phenomenal! A Tasty Change. I had the"

Reviewed Pear Crisp

"The taste was spot on with this recipe. Using 3#'s of Fresh Pears, the topping was perfect. I just grabbed a pan so I think I put it in more like an 8x12. I used all the topping and it was perfect for 3#'s of pears. There is a lot of juice in the bottom. I imagine the pears where really juicy. I really enjoyed it! "

Reviewed Gina's Best Collard Greens

"I got this recipe out of there cookbook! I can't wait to try more of them. I wish I had looked for this recipe online first, as, they where too sweet for me as well. But, the Collard Green recipe is good, not like my moms, but the best I have found yet (besides hers. God rest her soul! So, besides Ms Imogenes Greens! haha! (that was her name""
