"This was my first time roasting a whole chicken and it couldn't have gone any better! This recipe is so incredibly easy, the chicken came out perfectly cooked and the vegetables were delicious. I used a slightly smaller chicken and still had enough drippings and juice to make the vegetables tasty (without adding any stock to the bottom of the pan."
