I made this last night and thought it was excellent. I also could not find lemon curd so I substituted lemon pie filling as well. I loved the combination of ffresh bright berries with that kick of lemon. It didn't seem overly rich either which was nice after some grilled steak and potatoes. Definitely will keep this recipe handy. ""

Help!!!!!! I made this recipe today and had some issues. I used bacon instead of pancetta due to price and availability, other than that I followed the recipe and when I added all the cheese the mixture became thick and stringy.
