"Perfect, delicious. Exactly as he promised. I used canola as I had no peanut oil on hand. I love sweet potato fries but haven't been able to make them crispy at home til now. He was my favorite on the Next Food Network Star. Loved the show as I knew I would, I laughed and learned. Way to go, Jeff. ""
