"These are very good! I have made it a few times and have found that using 3/4 of the veggie mixture is better- makes firmer cakes. One of these times I will remember to do the prep and chilling the night before so when I get home from work I can just fry them up (this recipie takes about 1 1/2hrs prep time)."

"These are AMAZING!!! This is one of my favorite RR recipies! To make it even easier, if you have a Trader's near you, just use their Pico. Definitely stick with RR's cheese sauce though- delicioso!"

Reviewed Zucchini Carpaccio

"As I was preparing this I almost decided to make something else out of the zucchini. I just couldn't see how the ingrdients were going to work together. I am so glad I stuck with this recipe! It is so light and flavorful- and healthy! The mint is a perfect garnish. What else could we expect from Tyler?"

Reviewed Hoisin-Glazed Roast Chicken

"It was good. Not worth all of the time it takes though and the skin was not crispy enough for me. Next time I will make the chicken by pan-frying so that it is crispy and I will make the sauce on the side and pour it over the chicken right before serving."
