"OMG!! Sooo good. I don't even write reviews but I was compelled to on this one... Thats how darn good this is! I live in new Orleans and this truly tastes like the authentic flavors here. I used roast chicken from the grocery because I didn't have any leftovers. After thanksgiving this is so gonna rock my too much turkey leftover world!!! But recipe is too good to hold out for holidays. Most def in the regular rotation! Emeril rocks!!! "
