--It's cloudy from the yeast fermenting. No matter how well you filter the syrup, the final product will be cloudy if you carbonate with yeast.

--Most of the sugar in this recipe is for flavor. It actually takes very little sugar to carbonate. I brew beer and it only takes 3/4 cup of sugar to carbonate...

--It is cloudy due to the fermentation of the yeast. No matter how well you filter the syrup, your final product will by cloudy if you carbonate...
