Reviewed Cinnamon Rolls

"These turned out to be better than I expected. At first, I thought the milk addition asked for 3 cups of milk, so I added it with the melted butter. I re-read the ingredients & noticed it actually asked for 3/4 cup of milk...so glad I caught the error; there was something on my computer screen covering the back-slash and the 4, lol. Reviewed Pot Roast with Roasted Vegetables

"This was my first pot roast. It turned out really well and so easy to make. Didn't have red wine - used cooking Sherry instead. Also did without the flat-leaf parsley and the corn starch as I didn't have on hand either. Next time I will ad fresh sliced mushrooms to the roast. Overall, I was well pleased with this recipe...delicious! "

Reviewed Southern Fried Chicken

"I ‘m good about reading reviews and comments before I spend any money to make a dish; it doesn’t matter how good the dish looks on TV. I go to the real source, you the viewers, who will tell me if something is worth making. About 90% of you gave good feedback on this fried chicken, so I purchased the items to make it. I have to say there was nothing special about it in any way. Thinking that I missed it somewhere, I made it again the following week. The same thing happened… there was nothing spectacular about the taste. It tasted like simple basic fried chicken. I could not even taste the hot sauce in the chicken and could have easily used the regular flour I had on hand instead of purchasing the self-rising flour. Sorry Ms. Paula, still enjoy watching your show. "

Reviewed Southern Fried Chicken

"I’m good about reading reviews and comments before I spend any money to make a dish. I don’t care how good the dish looks on TV. I’m going to the real source…you the viewers, before I throw away any money on something that may not taste as good as it looks. Somewhere between 85-90% gave very good feedback on this fried chicken, so I purchased the items to make it. Let me say, there was nothing special about it in any way. Thinking that I missed it somewhere, I made it again the following week…same thing – there was truly nothing special about it. It tasted like simple basic fried chicken. I could not even taste the hot sauce in the chicken and could have easily used the regular flour I had on hand instead of purchasing the ‘self-rising flour’. This recipe was a looser for me. Sorry Ms. Paula, still enjoy watching your show. "
