Reviewed Ricotta Orange Pound Cake
"I made this last night. It was so so moist and delicious!
!! I didn't have cake flour so i made the cake flour at home.(3/4cup of all purpose flour and 2 TBS of corn startch!) and i didn't have
Amaretto so i added 1 tsp of almond extract! I am not a big fan of almond extract so i only added 1 tsp. Also, I used 1 1/2 cup of sugar,,and also part skim ricotta cheese..All these modification came out perfect!! Oh also one more thing. A lot of people said it was runny and spill over so i added just 2tbs of baking power.
I baked it for 45min and covered the top with foil and baked another 15min. It was so so so delicious!! Not so sweet but you can taste almond and orange!!
