Reviewed Almost-Famous Soft Pretzels

Based on the reviews -- I decided to make these last night just for kicks. These pretzels turned out fantabulous! Really easy and fun to make. My husband rolled out and shaped his pretzels and I did mine. I did not have course salt so I used high quality sea salt - sprinkled very lightly and I brushed on the melted butter. Scrumtrulescent!!

Scrumtrulescent! These are delicious. I am a big fan of shortbread and I love unusual ingredients so I had to try these. So easy to make, it was a pleasure. I used Tazo Earl Grey Tea - very fragrant! These cookies were light, crisp and the tea created a wonderful subtle flavor. This is a shortbread recipe you could really play with!!
