Reviewed lemon spaghetti with jumbo shrimp

Sep 5, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This one is a winner! As Kim said, I used my own measurements and added chopped garlic to the shrimp which were small, 60-80 count and I think they were better. They worked into the pasta better. Perfect summer meal, absolutely delicious.

My first ceviche. All I heard from my guys was the word amazing. It's the perfect summer dish, cool, fresh, tasty & spicy. Possibly the best fn recipe I've ever done. I served a leaf lettuce salad with strawberries, blueberries, orange segments, almonds and parm. What a perfect meal. Absolute do again. You rock Marcela!

I always add a bit of green onion or grated onion. It's a great starter for company on a game day or cook out. Very tasty!"

Delish, my mom used to do this when I was a kid. Served on a wood board with sauce. Hated it then, but this is something very different. A simple cup of corn meal...unbelievable!"

Not sure where the problem was with this recipe. It tasted great, but it came out soupy. I cooked it 2 hours and measured the ingredients, which I never do. It just didn't come out right. Maybe would come out better with a long, shallow dish. Like I said, it tasted good....""

Oh so good! Made a few changes, of course. Did it on the stove top because I had no time to prep the night before. No cinnamon, I hate it in savory dishes. Added an 8 oz of tomato sauce and rinsed the cans for some liquid. Shook some hot sauce in. Perfect yummy dish for the super bowl. Oh, baked some biscuits too. Rocked!!""

Dec 29, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was a huge hit and absolutely delish. It's winter, so I used a bag of frozen corn and only about 11/2 cups of water. I let the corn cook a bit. I can never stick to a recipe, so I added a pinch dry thyme and a shot of hot sauce. Next time, I might add a cubed potato for more body to the soup, but It was great. We loved it!!""

This flavor combo was different and delicious. Even a mustard disliker liked it very much. I usually have everything, but no cream. I used 3 tbls. of sour cream and about a half cup of 2% milk. It came out fantastic. Also, used my outside grill. What a winner, Sunny!""

Reviewed Almond and Raisin Biscotti

Look at me, always thinkin. This is it, the recipe for biscotti I've been looking for. My mom & grandma's recipes...forget about it. Anise and no thrills. Replaced the raisins for 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips and kept the orange zest. Boom! Classic Italian flavor. I also kept the almonds and left out the anise seed. With this recipe, the possibilities...
