Yes! I agree. It's a bit arrogant for people to make the recipe "their own" and then rate it. I want the rating to be based on the chef's recipe posted here . . . not someone else's version of it.

I think Ina failed to specify the SIZE of muffin tins. I followed this recipe exactly, filling 18 regular-size muffins tins to the top, as she says to do (she actually says "filling each cup just over the top"). All the muffins spilled over during baking so that their muffins tops all ran into each other making it virtually impossible to remove...

My husband and I loved this dish! The lemon, garlic and parsley flavors with a touch of heat make this just like a scampi dish you would get in a fine restaurant. I did add some white wine (1/4c) and I used more lemon zest and less lemon juice. Will definitely make this again and again. Thanks Ina!
