Love this recipe, as with any soup, a good stock makes all the difference... it is also very flexible to adjustments to the veggies used for clearing out the veggie drawer!

How boring of me, to add yet ANOTHER 5 star review! But just had to, this recipe is just so perfect... and it worked just as beautifully using my own GF all purpose flour blend! Glaze is perfect, everything is perfect. A tip... I partially dehydrate my berries before using, still soft but not squishy, saskatoon berries or blueberries, fresh or frozen....

Everyone LOVED this dish, kids and adults alike! A couple of small changes, but not major... I used leeks instead of onions and added a little fresh garlic. Also added a little garlic powder and nutritional yeast to the bread crumbs for a bit of a cheesy flavour... WONDERFUL!"

Excellent and can';t believe that it works! My children were raving about how good it smelled half way through! I used a fairly liberal amount of Bullseye chicken and rib sauce. As others said, not done in 45 minutes, but these were large breasts. Recommend flipping them over half way through, that might help. Going to try that next time."

My whole family raved about this short rib recipe, with a few small adjustments... I used an organic tomato sauce instead of paste, about half the wine, and home-made stock instead of water. Also used a wood pellet BBQ rather than oven. I think there would be a mutiny in my home if I didn't make these again!"
