Reviewed Baked Corn Pudding

"I made this recipe last night in anticipation of using it for Thanksgiving dinner knowing my husband probably wouldn't like it. What a great surprise!!! It was delicious and he loved it! He couldn't stop picking at it after dinner and took a piece to work for lunch today. I was completely amazed that it was so tasty and flavorful - I had thou""

Reviewed Potato Salad

"I made this potato salad this morning - my first time ever making potato salad - and am thrilled! This recipe is awesome!! I read all of the reviews before making it so I used only 1 cup of mayo and made the dressing in a separate bowl first. My only changes were using dried parsley and omitting the fresh dill which I might add the next time I "

Reviewed Pineapple Blueberry Crunch Cake

"Made this recipe recently with peach pie filling and it was delicious! Used two cans because it didn't come in 20 oz. size and it still came out perfectly! What a great go-to recipe!!!!

Reviewed Pineapple Blueberry Crunch Cake

"What a surprise! This recipe actually took only 5 minutes to make and it was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and, even though the butter didn't cover every last bit of cake mix, the dessert still came out perfectly!! The nuts really added to it to make it really crunchy. This definitely is not a cake - I consider it a cobbler, but it served up fairly well with a spatula. It also wasn't an overly sweet dessert - I even added Cool Whip. Like one reviewer mentioned, the combinations of cake mix and fillings is unlimited!! Will definitely be adding this to my recipe box!!!"

Reviewed Savannah Cheesecake Cookies

"This recipe is for cheesecake - not cookies or bars because you really should serve a fork with it as it is a little too gooey to pick up. We LOVED the crust and we LOVED the cheesecake - just not together!! We felt that the crust was a little too heavy for this light cheesecake. I will definitely try it again, however, with maybe a banana cream pie filling. I made this in a 9X9 PAM-sprayed aluminum pan with finely-chopped nuts and had no issue getting the crust out of the pan. When I made the filling, I used 1 teaspoon each of vanilla AND almond extracts and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and it baked for 25 minutes. The flavor was amazing!!!

Reviewed Lemon Icebox Bars

"This recipe is delicious! I read the reviews about the crust falling apart and, since I was having company, I bought the 8-serving size graham cracker crust. I baked it as directed on the package, and it came out perfectly. If I make it with the homemade crust, I will also bake that at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Just be sure to incorporate the lemon zest completely because I had a few clumps of zest in the filling. I also made it the night before and let it set up in the fridge for about 24 hours. I do think that the recipe will be a little soft to serve as bars but just serve with a fork!!! Will definitely make again!!!
