"This is delicious!!!! We did as another reviewer and used triple Sec instead of Cointreau and it was still fabulous! I plan on getting the Cointreau on our next trip to the liquor store and see if it makes a difference. Taste just like the Top Shelf Margaritas we get at our favorite Mexican restaurant.

"These were SO YUMMY! My entire family loved them! We just made them for Super Bowl and I just had to leave a comment! I used self-rising cornmeal and regular flour, and it worked like a charm! I forgot to get the buttermilk, but skim milk worked perfectly! I just made sure the batter didn't get to runny as I stirred in the milk. We used popsicle sticks as the skewers, and they were perfect for the mini corn dogs. I cut the bun length hotdogs into 3 pieces, and stuck them on a popsicle stick and they were a perfect snacking size! Thanks so much Paula! We have a new game day favorite in our house!
