This was a huge success for a dinner party! The cook time is a little confusing (as many reviewers before me have noted). I roasted it 15 minutes per pound, and the meat thermometer was right at 125. A little of the salt crust came off as I was slicing, which turned out perfect. A little on each piece was just enough! Will definitely make this...

This was the worst recipe. So many misprints in the recipe, it's hard to know what's correct and what's not. Roast for "15" minutes? Should be 45! Using "two tablespoons" of cajun mustard is way too much. Should be two teaspoons. A complete waste of time and left me without a starch at dinner because it was completely inedible!"

This was a really great dish! Only changes I made were to double the chipotle seasoning and added two tablespoons of Mexican chili powder and one tablespoon of cayenne pepper. We like dishes really spicy at my house!!"

Wonderful!! Made this for an office party and it was 'DA BOMB!!! You cannot go wrong with this dish. Made mine the night before the luncheon party, and the cookies had softened up enough just to give you a slight crunch. Will definitely be making this again!"
