Outstanding! Be prepared to serve as soon as the fish is prepared as it is best as soon as it is sauced. I served it with Quinoa with roasted red pepper and basil and buttered steamed green beans, lightly dusted with lemon zest. The big surprise is how well the prosciutto compliments everything. This is a keeper! Tyler never fails. "
