About Me
My name is Kelly, I live in Morganton, NC. I have been to many places, and seen many different types of food. I tend to take methods and recipes from several cultures and adapt them to make things that my family and friends like. My inspiration comes from my Great Grandmother (God rest her soul) who fed more of an army than a family... She didn't always have what she needed to fix the dish how it said to be cooked but she added what she had to make it just right.
I enjoy cooking with the styles of Paula Dean, Bobby Flay, and Robert Irvine... and always a little butter never hurt anyone... :P
I have several recipies that I got from my family and will be happy to add them to the vast network that is Food Network.
