"It took my husband and myself about 2 hours to prep and cook this meal, which really isn't too bad for how much flavor you get out of it! The rice is our new go to Mexican Rice, super yummy! I used some of the Green Chili Sauce on eggs which was really good. The only problem we had was that they don't sell large cans of chiles in our local stor"

"Very tasty dish and easy to prepare. I used a mixture of a fresh salsa (diced veggies) and a homemade salsa that had more of the consistancy of store bought salsa and it worked out well. Recipe is going in the 3 ring binder!"

Reviewed Roasted Balsamic Onions

"This was a perfect side dish for baked ham. I used a really good balsamic vinegar and the onions turned out so sweet and delish! They've just been added as a topper for pork sandwiches at our Super Bowl party!
