Very tasty dish and easy to prepare. I used a mixture of a fresh salsa (diced veggies) and a homemade salsa that had more of the consistancy of store bought salsa and it worked out well. Recipe is going in the 3 ring binder!"

This was a perfect side dish for baked ham. I used a really good balsamic vinegar and the onions turned out so sweet and delish! They've just been added as a topper for pork sandwiches at our Super Bowl party!
