"It was very succulent. My advice is to make sure that you don't spill canola oil on the bottom of the pan which will cause a lot of smoke and a burning smell during the initial roasting. I left my turkey in for 16 hours. I will try a little longer next time and possibly add more ginger and pepper. I would also advise getting your spices from a gro""
