I would agree that you should mix the gingersnaps with graham crackers or buy a ready made (graham cracker or Nila wafer crust). "It was very succulent. My advice is to make sure that you don't spill canola oil on the bottom of the pan which will cause a lot of smoke and a burning smell during the initial roasting. I left my turkey in for 16 hours. I will try a little longer next time and possibly add more ginger and pepper. I would also advise getting your spices from a gro""
