"Simply amazing!!! A definite keeper in our house. My husband is a true jambalaya fan and said this particular version was hands down the best he had ever had. I added a bit of garlic (kinda a habit) and upped the cayenne AND hot sauce just for that extra kick and wow, did I get rave reviews! I too, let the chicken, sausage and veggies simmer""
