Reviewed Almond Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
"This recipe seemed simple but I felt like I was doing something wrong. I tried twice but came up with the same results. They taste chalky and as if something is missing. They are edible after refrigerating. But I still think they're too flaky for an Ice-cream sandwich. I haven't given up on Alex though!"
