Reviewed Sourdough Strata With Tomatoes and Greens

This is actually a very good recipe, but roasting the tomatoes is key to a great flavor. (I subbed Campari tomatoes.) Strata is supposed to be a bit bland, so it would be a mistake to add more spices. My whole family loves this dish. The flavors blend well together. I decreased the fat by using 2% milk, less Fontina (8 oz), olive oil (1 Tbsp.)...
