Reviewed Pumpkin Mousse

"This was very good, and a big hit at last year's Thanksgiving. I put them in mini graham cracker pie pans. Yum Yum! And husband friendly, he helped make the whipped cream and really enjoyed taking part in helping.""

Reviewed Baked Fresh Chili Fries

"These are great! Fun to make, and fun to eat! I made them for a side for dinner one night and my husband, (a jalapeno fanatic), loved them! I made them Thanksgiving morning to take for appetizers with my family, which were a hit: Non-spicy people, slightly spicy people, and spicy spicy people all loved them! Great recipe, will definitely make""

Reviewed BBQ Turkey Sliders

"Oh my gosh, can you just say delicious? Went out of my comfort zone and tried this, and have made it many times. I add garlic powder, cayenne (or chili powder), salt, pepper, and onion flakes in the meat. I absolutely love this recipe, it is a go-to on a night when I don't feel like cooking!""

Reviewed Crispy Baked 'Fried' Chicken

"This was oh so yummy. I used breasts, as usual, and I went out of my comfort zone and used thighs! I made sure to make all the pieces similar in size so they would cook evenly. I made my own buttermilk with lemon juice and milk, and I didn't use the mustard. I also used saltines for the crust, mm mm! Definitely will make it again.""
