Reviewed Brussels Sprout Gratin
"I love them marinated 1/2 an hour with with Olive oil and sea salt, then broiled till slightly brown. I think they taste yummy this way. This recipe adds more cheese than I want guess it's okay once a year.
Born in Texas, two children, six grandchildren and a second adoption on the way. This one will be from China, our first is from Kazakstan.
