“Wonderful recipe! I used smoked gouda and a little bit of a monterey jack and cheddar blend, and it came our great. I left out the mustard, and you really can't even taste the hot sauce, like others have commented. I finished it off in the oven, but I first lined my dish with parchment paper and cooking spray to make for an easier clean up."”
