Reviewed Bayou Chicken Pasta

"Another great recipe, Emeril!! The absolut only thing that I did not have on hand was kosher salt, otherwise I've followed this recipe completely. Very, very good!!! We've enjoyed this dish "as is" but I agree with another reviewer who said that she is going to try this with scallops next time. I could see that being very tasty as well!"

"This is absolutely delicious but yes, very time consuming! However, all TRUE :-) Emeril fans know that you don't make his dishes in a hurry. I've tried many, many of his recipes over the years but can't say I'd call them 30-minute meals. I make Emeril's recipes when I have extra time on the weekends and turn to Rachel or Sandra if I need something"

Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

"We have made this soup twice so far and it is HANDS DOWN the absolut BEST mushroom soup that I have ever eaten. I've tried numerous recipes over the years and while most of them were good, this one takes the cake. It is awesome, awesome, awesome!! Do make this when you have some extra time, it is pretty labor intensive but ohhhhhhh SO worth it!!
I'll be making it again for the holidays........mmmhhhhhhhhhhh, can't wait!
