"I agree with Chef Romero (I'm also a pastry chef, LOL!) This is a classic Red Velvet recipe that I use often. My rating isn't based on the icing as I use a different recipe. "
Reviewed Chocolate Stout Cupcakes
"I used Brooklyn Chocolate Stout, weighed each cupcake out to 55g and they were perfect. Puffed up beautifully, great crumb and perfect moisture. The beery chocolatey flavor was perfect.
Didn't use the icing recipe so this review is based solely on the cupcake.
