Heaven! I only had one teaspoon of cinnamon. I can't wait to make these again with the correct amount of cinnamon. they are so tasty, moist and no need for the frosting. I didn't have brown rice flour so I used a gluten free high protein pancake mix that had brown rice flour in it as well as other gluten free flours and it came out perfect.

loved them! i used butter instead of shortening and i thought i burned them because they were dark brown but they came out crunchewy. i love crunchewy cookies! i will try it with pumpkin come fall like another reviewer mentioned. be sure to use ripe ripe bananas. thank you Kelsey!!"

wow! this is so cool, crisp and refreshing. the pistachio's make the dish. i couldn't stop eating it. I didn't have any white balsamic vinegar on hand so i used white wine vinegar. i will definitely make it again. great way to impress the friends and family.

I didn't think I would like cooked apples because I don't like apple pie, but thought I would try this as I need more food ideas for my18 month old. This is YUMMY! I liked it, my daughter liked it, the whole family liked it. Will definitely make again and again.
