Reviewed perfect potato salad

Aug 13, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I saw this on the show the other day and it looked so good I had to make it. I halved the recipe but it still made a lot. All of the flavors blend together so well in this recipe. It is so delicious and easy to make, why buy something store bought when you and whip this up in no time. I'll definitely make it again.

I have tried making fried chicken for years and was never any good at it. This recipe makes it really easy. I especially like all the great seasonings. KFC look out! Paula, thanks!"

I used cake flour instead of regular all purpose flour which made the cake nice and light. I also used a cup of coconut milk instead of the regular milk. Also added about 1/2 cu"
