great recipe. I just added a bit of flour (1/4 teaspoon) and a lot of salt and freshly grated black pepper. also add a generous amount of garlic powder. don't overcook. 2 minutes on high heat should do it.

Didn't have shredded coconut so I used a tiny bit (1/4 teasp) of coconut extract. Everything else was exact from recipe. Made it for THanksgiving and it was a huge hit.

The recipe is easy to follow and comes out delicious. Use as much or as little red pepper flakes to adjust spice level. As good as take out chinese and much healthier.
