the perfect bites: a scoop of granola, dollop of yogurt with fruit on top- granola is fresh and nice crunch from baking, I did not have sunflower seeds or peanuts, so I used pumpkin seeds instead. Next time I'll coat the oats more evenly. Use mixed berries- added a few raspberries for color. Delicious treat.

WE loved it! Made this over the weekend on the grill, turned out delicous, the crunchy, crispy crust was the BEST. Delicious, flavorful- we have made it twice since the show aired and I am making it again tomorrow.
We did not have apricot jam, so we used what we had (red pepper jelly) it worked just as well. The salad is delicious and fresh, the dressing made the entire dish - love the flavored vinegar with mustard flavor - the entire dish is balanced...
