Reviewed Easy Cranberry and Apple Cake
"Sounded better than it tasted. Mine didn't get cooked in the middle. I ate a few pieces, but it's been sitting in the fridge. I agree it needs more apple. I was going to add 2, but didn't. I think this would be better made in individual ramekins, to help cook faster, allow for small portions because of strong flavor and allow people to reheat individual servings in oven later. It reminds me of a buckle. I love cranberries, but might substitute nectarines and blueberries & keep my cranberries for scone making. "
