Reviewed Apple Spice Bundt Cake with Rum Glaze

Feb 9, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I watched BTIEM and then made the cake the next day. The rum in the glaze is very subtle and the cake yields very strong flavors. I did not have any issues with the grain of paradise as another reviewer stated. Delicious!!"

I've been afraid to make my own jam, but after trying this recipe I could never buy jam or jelly again! It tastes so good and only takes me 15 minutes from start to finish for 3 jars of jam. I have substituted many different fruits for the blueberries and they all turn out perfectly. Also the husband's favorite as well!"

I absolutely love this recipe. It tastes great and is very easy to make. I made it for the first time about 6 months ago, and I have not bought bread since! I triple the recipe and divide evenly between two 5x10 inch pans. I always put one in the fridge and the other goes into the freezer. "
