Love this! I used Quebec raspberries - flavour explosion - cut the sugar by 25%, used key limes and boosted the juice by 50%, and finally substituted maple syrup for the corn syrup because I'm in Quebec and the maple syrup is smokily delicious. Everyone who's eaten this says it's the best thing they've ever tasted.
