Reviewed Baked Lemon Sole with Sauteed Swiss Chard
"This recipe has great ingredients and is easy. The crust was very good but the fish was bland and mushy. I think it needs a firmer fish.
Reviewed Eggs in Baskets
"Having read the reviews, I made some changes and the recipe turned out great:
-Used frozen hash browns which I defrosted and squeezed dry
-Sauted onions and green peppers in butter and seasoned with S&P
-Tossed in the potatoes and added just enough melted butter to lightly coat the potatoes.Added more Kosher S& P to taste.
-Make sure the potatoes go all the way to the top because they do shrink down about one quarter of the muffin tin. A regular size muffin tin works fine.
-If you like your eggs runny, remove them before the whites are completely set. By the time they are broiled and on the plate, the whites will be set and the yolks still runny.
-Substituted bacon for prosciutto and tasted great.
Takes a little time but they look and taste fantastic!
