Reviewed Pan-Fried Rainbow Trout with Pecans and Brown Butter and Swiss Chard with Serrano Chile Vinegar

this was amazing! I substituted jalepenos for serranos, and wow, this will be my new go to flavors with swiss chard.
the sauce for the trout was just right. And the combination of the spicy swiss chard is a great compliment to the fish
A real keeper.
