I didn't realize how long this would take until I got to the part where it said to cook for 3 hours! But it's all good and came out GREAT!! My wife and son loved it too.
I left out the fennel as my son's not a big fennel fan, but next time I may make 2 batches of slaw, one with and one without fennel.
Can't wait to make it again...

Excellent dish! I used sushi grade tuna also, not because I was afraid of anything, just felt it would be 'better'. I guess I'll have to make it with the canned tuna one day too... just to compare, but with the fresh tuna... 'pretty, pretty amazing! "

This is the only way I make salmon anymore. I think it's definitely best if you can grill it on charcoal. I get lazy sometimes and broil the fish. Still good, but not like it comes out with the charcoal grill...
