Reviewed Roasted Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

I roast the asparagus for about 7 minutes. I then cool it and I wrap two or three spears with a piece of Swiss and prosciutto (I wrap them from right before the tip to the end) before I drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.. I bake until the swiss cheese is starting to melt. I can never make enough. They are so good.""
