Reviewed Shrimp-Pineapple Skewers

My shrimp had a soft, yucky texture. Do you think it cooked too long or was it the enzyme in the pineapple? I followed the recipe to a tee. I did use frozen shrimp, could that have caused the texture thing?

I had no problem with the cookie dough and was happy. I refrigerated it and made several batch over a week. I wonder if the flour makes the difference. I used King Arthur four. I gave it a four because I too do not want to use raw eggs. I used pasturized egg whites and wasn't happy. "

I agree with someone else, a waste of Stilton. The crackers were too salty and were a strange color. I could have made a much more beautiful cheese tray. "

Ina kept talking about the sauce this recipe developed, I had a runny mess! Marinating the chicken in the lemon, garlic, oil might have married the chicken to the sauce but the chicken just sat on top. Ina's lemon chicken in much better..Sorry Ina. I love most of your recipes. "
