My Activity

Reviewed Lemon Thyme Bars

"I loved these and could easily eat the whole pan. I loved the thyme/lemon combo - it was different, but I think it works really well. They were very easy to make. The only change that I made to the recipe was to use only 1 Tbsp of thyme, upon the recommendation of other reviewers. I didn't find the thyme to be overwhelming at all - it was just"

Reviewed Espresso Brownies

"I make these all of the time! I make them in an 8x8 pan, so they take a little longer to bake, but I like the thicker brownies. The glaze is awesome, but my husband doesn't have my super sugar tolerance, so I usually leave it off. They're incredible either way."

Reviewed Turkey and Spinach Taquitos

"These were SO GOOD. They were also relatively easy to make. The only adjustment I made to the recipe was to leave out the black beans. Will definitely make them again!"

Reviewed Pasta Primavera

"One of my absolute favorites. Totally worth all of the chopping.

Reviewed Vegetable Chow Mein

"I very rarely dislike one of Giada's recipes, but this one didn't turn out well. I'd willing to try it again, but I would take the advice of another reviewer and use high quality hoisin sauce next time. It was just way too sweet.

Reviewed Broiled Tilapia with Mustard-Chive Sauce

"Loved it. Super fast, super easy. This will definitely become a weeknight staple for us.

Reviewed Dill Fingerling Potatoes

"My husband loves potatoes, but I normally don't. I loved these, however! (And so did he...)
I took the advice of other reviewers and cooked them on medium heat instead of low. I also split the recipe in half, since it was just the two of us. They cooked in about 25 minutes. I was out of dill so I used herbes de provence instead. They were still great, but I love dill, so I'll make sure I have some next time.
