I use half the amount of powdered sugar in the dough and they come out sweet.

I also use cake flour and the cookies come out much lighter. If you don't have cake flour you can make it at home: for "each" cup of flour remove 2 tablespoons of flour. Then replace with 2 tablespoons of corn starch for every cup of flour."

Don't know why this meatloaf gets a 4-star rating. Meat comes out hard, no flavor, and the topping is nothing special but just sweetened ketchup. I'm not an expert on meatloaf but I've had better and I'll be looking for another meatloaf recipe. I'll look for ingredients that soften the meatloaf, plus has a kick@#%# topping that I know will produce...
