I think you coat anything with cheese, oil salt and pepper and it will be good. Fennel is no exception. Might be my new favorite way to eat fennel...

This is really easy to make and very tasty! I have a picky husband who doesn't usually say when he likes something or not. He loved them! I may have put a little more wine and lemon juice than required, but this is still a great base recipe!

If you love lemon you will love this recipe. Easy and doesn't have any expensive ingredients. I made it with semi-frozen breasts, left it in the oven 10 more minutes and it was fine. Definitely a new go-to recipe!

I love the concept, but this is my third time making it and I still think the sauce tastes too flour-y. I am going to try to thicken it with 2 tb spoons next time and see if it still thickens enough. Even with the overpowering flour taste it is a good and easy recipe to start with!

Easy recipe. We used leftover Turkey from thanksgiving and it was great! Depending on how you like your enchiladas, I would double the sauce. I did and they came out perfect! It isn't as hard to make as other enchilada recipes I've tried. All you have to do is boil, blend, and reduce...the last step only takes a minute. The prep work for the...

I was looking for a creamy white wine sauce recipe so I tried this one. It is a keeper! Might try the chicken and artichokes next time. Also didn't have any of the green onions and it was still great. From now on this will definitely be my go-to recipe for white wine sauce!"

Reviewed Harira: Moroccan Chickpea Stew with Chicken and Lentils

Lost my old Harira recipe and have been looking for a replacement. This recipe was perfect! I only changed a few things:

-I cooked the chickpeas longer than directed. Started cooking them an hour or so before I started prepping for the soup. I think ideally you would cook them for a couple hours and then add them to the soup...

I tried this sauce in Italy a few years ago and loved it. I made some squash gnocchi but was torn between noce sauce and alfredo. I ended up mixing this recipe with an alfredo recipe(see link below). On this one I left out the bread, and on the alfredo I substituted one cup of the heavy cream for milk and only added 1/4 C. butter so it wouldn't...

I modified this a little because I didn't have all of the spices....I'm sure its even more delicious if you follow the recipe exactly, but just using garam masala instead of the more obscure spices simplified the recipe and was still delicious. The only thing I would differently is add more salt :)
