Reviewed Chicken Delmonico

"I was looking for a creamy white wine sauce recipe so I tried this one. It is a keeper! Might try the chicken and artichokes next time. Also didn't have any of the green onions and it was still great. From now on this will definitely be my go-to recipe for white wine sauce!"

Reviewed Pasta with Walnut Sauce

"I tried this sauce in Italy a few years ago and loved it. I made some squash gnocchi but was torn between noce sauce and alfredo. I ended up mixing this recipe with an alfredo recipe(see link below). On this one I left out the bread, and on the alfredo I substituted one cup of the heavy cream for milk and only added 1/4 C. butter so it wouldn't be too rich with the nuts. It actually turned out really well and was exactly what I was craving. I would suggest doing this if you are worried about it coming out too nutty.

Reviewed Aarti's Easy Tandoori Chicken

"I modified this a little because I didn't have all of the spices....I'm sure its even more delicious if you follow the recipe exactly, but just using garam masala instead of the more obscure spices simplified the recipe and was still delicious. The only thing I would differently is add more salt :)
