Reviewed Lazy Lasagna with Lamb Ragu, Spinach and Ricotta
"I like that it was so easy to put together. I doubled the ragu and froze it like suggested for another meal later on (REALLY good over a shortcut pasta). I only gave it 3 stars because I'm still looking for a better lasagna. This was good, I will make it again, but it's not the last lasagna recipe I will make."

"Not one of my favorites, but ok. My husband seemed to like it more than I did, so I will keep it in the recipe box. I like the suggestion of using a dry ranch mix instead of blue cheese crumbles, and might try that next time I dig out the recipe. "
