"Delicious! I am gluten free and can't have rice, so substituted the rice flour for amaranth flour (easy to make in blender). I like spice so added 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Also substituted 1/2 of the maple syrup for coconut sugar (low glycemic) and added 1/2 cup unsweetened organic applesauce to add back in the liquid. No frosting - I'm dairy""
